Sometimes I think the biggest lure of green is seeing the brilliantly creative ways that people find to repurpose things that would have otherwise ended up in a landfill. Though I'll admit to sometimes being a little irked at the prices they charge for the resulting objets de consumer art, especially when the main materials were free/or really discounted. I'll cop to it, I'm usually irked because I didn't have the same hook up they did to get those materials, and I'd like to make my own rather than paying someone else. If I have one weakness it's sharp bags. handbags, totebags, hell grocery bags so long as they are cute or gorgeous or just plain cool. If I have two weaknesses it might just be bags and scandanavian design and that, my friends is why my current achilles heel jusst might be Lotta Jansdotter's simple , elegant and modern tote bags. The quest for the perfect laptop bag continues. I absolutely love this greenberries laptop tote from Anthropologie. But, like just about everything else that wonderful awful store sells (awful becasue everything is so great, but out of my price range) I won't be ponying up it's $368 pricetag.
